WHAT ARE BUSINESS HOURS?
Spectrum professionals have access to use Spectrum Studios’ facilities 24/7. The shopping center is open to the public from 8am to 6pm, so anything outside those times would require using your key fob for building access.
Can I Decorate My Suite?
Absolutely! We believe your suite should reflect your unique style and personality. You’re free to add décor like pictures, mirrors, seating, or other furnishings to make the space your own. Just be sure to check in with the owner for a quick approval before making any changes.
Can I Share My Suite with Another Professional?
Yes! Spectrum Studios offers both single and double stylist suites, as well as two sound-proof esthetician rooms. If you’re interested in sharing a space, we have flexible options to suit your budget and help you achieve your career goals. Whether you're looking to partner with another professional or need a private space, we have a solution for you.
What Do I Need to Get Started at Spectrum Studios?
Getting started at Spectrum Studios is easy! First, choose your suite, and we’ll guide you through the rest of the process, including selecting your lease duration and setting up your account in our salon suites software—a complimentary amenity that allows you to pay your rent, track your business, and schedule appointments all in one place. Spectrum Studios is owned by Eric and Paula Renner, native Nebraskans and West Omaha residents. Throughout our professional careers, we remain passionate about bringing successful and talented people together, and we llove watching the Spectrum Studios community thrive.
